VIM Health

VIM Health is a specialist neurological and MSK therapy service supported by a blended team of health care professionals. With a focus on intensive therapy packages, our brand-new centre and staff are on hand to help people with neurological conditions, polytrauma’s and more.

Our clinic will be a calm place where you will feel comfortable and relaxed. Our health care professionals have a broad range of experience and will work to understand your current abilities, and your longer-term health and mobility goals.

We invest heavily and source the best technology from the industry to support you at any level of function. Offering access to anything from upper and lower limb robotics to VR therapy. We blend evidence-based practice with holistic treatments to create a comprehensive package of care.

With membership to VIM Gym you get continued access to specialist equipment and the fully stocked gym. Classes on offer at the gym include Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and Dance. This is where you can come to manage ‘your health, your way’

Featuring innovative assistive technology, VIM Gym, is fully equipped to support you at any level of function. Qualified and experienced clinicians will be on hand to provide support and guidance. So, whether you are attending VIM Health due to an illness or simply looking for a better gym experience, you are in safe hands with us.

Our Personal Trainer-led service at VIM Gym is tailored to your needs, helping you maintain healthy habits and achieve your health goals. 

The newly renovated centre includes attractive changing spaces, carefully curated by inclusive design experts MotionSpot and our honesty bar where you can pick up local, sustainable treats.

We have space for you, and your comfort is our priority. At VIM Gym, we keep member capacity low to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

We value diversity and inclusion, which is one of the reasons we also offer specialist equipment and classes designed for neurologically diverse gym-goers.
