Membership at our gym is competitive and in line with other gyms, add to this our inclusive, welcoming atmosphere and you can see why our members love it here. Plus, membership comes with some great additional extras and discounts.
Pricing
Here at VIM we keep pricing clear and transparent. We believe our pricing is very competitive and have no reason to hide it. Standard gym memberships start at £55 per month. Members of the gym who want access to specialist equipment at VIM Health can also receive a 50% discount.
Benefits
Membership is split into two tiers, each with exclusive discounts and benefits:
Your gym membership entitles you to access the gym anytime you like between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00 (closed Saturday and Sunday). Gym access needs to be booked in advance through your personal app.
Using specialist equipment, attending a class, or booking a personal training session is also booked through this app. This process ensures the gym is never too busy and the atmosphere is is inline with what we aim to create
Gym members automatically get access to our gym application. This allows you to easily book gym sessions, book equipment, and classes.
You can also build your own personalised exercise programs from an existing library of exercises.
For tier two gym members, your trainer will build an exercise plan for the following month, during your monthly session.
The plan is stored in the app so you can access it at any time and refer to it before an activity. Your trainer can also personalise exercises for you and upload videos to the app to demonstrate the technique.
Your gym membership entitles you to use all gym equipment except specialist robotic equipment – this must be booked and paid for in advance. Specialist equipment can also only be used if you have been oriented and recommended that equipment via VIM Health.

We have a brilliant timetable of exercise classes across a whole range of activities, all led by qualified instructors and designed to boost your motivation.
Classes are normally priced starting from £8 per class for non-gym members, your membership entitles you to a 50% discount on any class.
Remember to book classes in advance.
A personal trainer can help you stay on track, meet your goals, offer expert advice, check your techniques and more.
Personal training sessions are available to all gym members at an additional charge of £60 per session.
Personal Training with a REX exoskeleton is available to Gym members only and requires an initial assessment to be completed.
Personal training bundles are also available reducing the costs of a PT session to £43 per hour (not inclusive of a REX exoskeleton)
Tier two membership comes with one free session each month.
We want to make exercise as accessible as possible and for you to attend the gym it may mean coming with a support worker, carer, or family member to help orient and assist you.
Access to our gym is always free for assistants and we will conduct an induction process with them to ensure they understand the equipment, your needs, and can support you safely with exercise on site.
