Pricing and packages
Our accessible gym offers flexible membership options and affordable pricing to suit everyone. With packages tailored to your needs and sliding-scale pricing for classes, starting from £5, we make fitness inclusive and accessible. We welcome new members of all abilities, if you have a question regarding our facilities or would like to book in for a free tour contact us.
What's included in our gym membership?
Your gym membership entitles you to access the gym anytime you like between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00 (closed Saturday and Sunday). Gym access needs to be booked in advance through your personal app.
Using specialist equipment, attending a class, or booking a personal training session is also booked through this app. This process ensures the gym is never too busy and the atmosphere is is inline with what we aim to create
Your gym membership entitles you to use all gym equipment except specialist robotic equipment – this must be booked and paid for in advance. Specialist equipment can also only be used if you have been oriented and recommended that equipment via VIM Health.

Our adapted gym classes are designed to ensure a comfortable, supportive, and spacious environment, with a maximum of six participants per class. Classes must be booked in blocks and paid for in advance. Prices start at £5 per class for bursary recipients and go up to £20 per class for non-gym members.

A personal trainer can help you stay on track, meet your goals, offer expert advice, check your techniques and more.
Personal training sessions are available to all gym members at an additional charge of £60 per session.
Personal Training with a REX exoskeleton is available to Gym members only and requires an initial assessment to be completed.
Personal training bundles are also available reducing the costs of a PT session to £43 per hour (not inclusive of a REX exoskeleton)
Tier two membership comes with one free session each month.
We want to make exercise as accessible as possible and for you to attend the gym it may mean coming with a support worker, carer, or family member to help orient and assist you.
Access to our gym is always free for assistants and we will conduct an induction process with them to ensure they understand the equipment, your needs, and can support you safely with exercise on site.
