Working with a personal trainer is a great way to not only stay motivated but to ensure you are doing the right type of activity to reach your goals. A personal trainer can help you develop an exercise programme that is just the right intensity and pace.

Get Moving

Functional exercise targets the everyday movements and muscle groups we rely on to perform daily tasks. There are seven key movement patterns: squatting, pulling, pushing, lunging, bending, walking, and rotation.

You can book a functional exercise session with one of our Physios, who will guide you through these movements at the gym and suggest exercises to practice at home, helping you regain fitness and confidence in your daily activities.

What To Expect From A PT Session

Each session lasts for 50 minutes and is designed for maximum impact. The start of your session will be you and your trainer getting to know each other, and your trainer asking questions to gain an understanding of your current fitness levels, what sort of exercise you normally do, and any limitation you may have – a re-occurring injury, for example. Our personal training sessions are priced at £60 per session and must be booked in advance. We also have a gym membership package which includes one personal training session a month, this is £85pm.
