Tyro station (TYROSOLUTION)
TYROSTATION is a Therapy Station that is part of the TYROSOLUTION range by TYROMOTION. It is one of many state-of-the-art rehabilitation technologies used at VIM Health to enhance our tailormade therapy programmes.
What Is TYROSTATION?
We aim to help you achieve your rehabilitation goals through a combination of traditional hands-on therapies and rehabilitation technology, including VR and robotics.
The TYROSTATION is a versatile therapy station that encompasses the key components of two TYROSOLUTION technologies; the PABLO System and the TYMO Therapy Plate.
It also features a computer, which receives data from the PABLO and TYMO technologies to help patients track their progress and help therapists tailor treatments. The therapy station is perfectly ergonomic and can be adapted for each patient.
The PABLO system was designed for hand and arm rehabilitation and to improve stability and coordination. It includes a collection of accessories and position sensors offering therapies for the hand, arm, shoulder, torso and even lower limbs.
With the PABLO Handsensor and accessories, patients can improve arm, hand and finger function through a series of activities supported by interactive games. The PABLO Motionsensors can be used to improve stability and coordination by tracing movements and assessing joints in the arms and legs.
The TYMO Therapy Plate can be used to support a variety of sitting, standing and supporting exercises that aim to improve strength, postural control and balance. Again, interactive games are used to add an element of fun to therapy whilst using the Therapy Plate.
Who Can Benefit?
The TYROSTATION was designed for people of all ages who are rehabilitating following a neurological injury or those living with a neurological disorder.
Its range of features means it can be used at all phases of recovery and can be used to treat everything from hand grip to balance when standing.
