VIM Health offers a wide range of services designed to rehabilitate those living with neurological conditions and those who have suffered a neurological injury.
Our intensive rehabilitation service is carried out at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation centers by a highly-skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team.
Your rehabilitation journey will begin with a detailed assessment by our team of specialists. From there, we will create an intensive rehabilitation program tailored to your needs and recovery goals.
This will include a combination of one-to-one therapy and intensive training with innovative technology, including robotic, sensor-based, and virtual reality devices.
High-repetition task-specific training will be carried out to enhance neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is the process that allows the brain, spinal cord, and body to reconnect and find new ways to help the body function.
With the use of rehabilitation technology, we can improve outcomes quicker than traditional hands-on therapy alone.
Through the use of cutting-edge rehabilitation technology paired with traditional hands-on therapy, VIM Health offers an intensive rehabilitation service.
Example Of Intensive Rehabilitation
If a client has suffered a spinal cord injury that has impacted their mobility and/or ability to function, VIM Health may suggest a bespoke intensive rehabilitation program following an in-depth assessment.
This intensive program will likely include 4 hours of daily rehabilitation at our neuro rehab centre over a prescribed period of time.
At the end of the intensive rehabilitation program, VIM Health will then create a discharge continuity program designed to provide ongoing rehabilitation at home or independently in our accessible Gym.

Intensive Rehabilitation is designed for anyone who has suffered a neurological injury, such as spinal cord damage or an acquired head injury.
It is also beneficial to those who live with neurological conditions that have life-altering symptoms, including Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy and strokes.
